DESIGN DRAFTER IResponsibilities: Creation of complex parametric 2D drawings from 3D CAD models. Creation of basic 3D CAD models. Prepare and maintain moderately complex product definition and related data in accordance with ETS defined processes. Research and provide documentation for release or revision of moderately complex products. Work with the Integrated Product Team (IPT) to inform activity of the task. Modification/maintenance of existing models and drawings, as needed. Complete documentation of work packages for records retention.

Requirements: Minimum of three years experience in drafting operations and other related tasks including, but not limited to, the creation of complex engineering drawings. Gas turbine experience is REQUIRED. Moderate knowledge of datum selection and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent analytical skills. Energetic and self-motivated. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience with PRO/E and/or Unigraphics is highly required. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications: Two-year associates degree in drafting design technology or equivalent. Working knowledge of gas turbine hardware.

DESIGN DRAFTER IIResponsibilities: Creation of complex parametric 2D drawings from 3D CAD models. Creation of highly complex parametric 3D CAD models. Evaluation of design fits/clearances/tolerances. Complete documentation of work packages for records retention. Consistently produce good quality product definitions, form layouts, sketches and reference drawings that are error-free and produced with moderate supervision. Ability to check completed job packages and drawings. Able to lead as the mentor to drafters and modelers in technical tasks. Communicates effectively with the appropriate personnel within the Integrated Product Development Process to successfully implement and complete projects in a timely and cost effective manner.

Requirements: Minimum seven years of experience in modeling/drafting operations, including, but not limited to the creation of highly complex engineering models and drawings. Gas turbine experience is REQUIRED. Extensive knowledge of datum selection and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent analytical skills. SENIOR DESIGN ENGINEERResponsibilities: Provide technical leadership to Integrated Product Development team and all ETS design and development activities. Review all designed products for conformance to ETS standards. Working from clean-sheet designs. Develop conceptual, preliminary, and detailed designs of various gas turbine components. Manage all aspects of the design and design improvements of gas turbine parts. Work with other departments to provide the highest level of project success. Strengthen relationship with customers to understand and exceed their expectations. Develop and maintain project plans, including design requirements, schedules and projected spending. Develop and maintain design substantiation reports. CAD modeling, patent searches, fit and clearance calculations, and stress calculations. Model review/approval and final documentation. Generate accurate and concise records of the design (job package, design reports, electronic files, models, engineering specs, etc.) in accordance with ETS ISO 2000 quality system and zero tolerance. Determine selections of part material, coating, and heat treatment. Manage budget and on-time Schedule. Working from BOM. Model review/approval and final documentation. Write engineering specs. Prepare and/or edit detailed drawings and completed mechanical drawings and layouts of components and assemblies from notes, verbal instructions and rough or detailed sketches for engineering or manufacturing purposes. Make final sketch of proposed drawing and final check part dimensions. US and international travel required.

Requirements: 4-6 years experience in design and development of industrial gas turbines is preferred. Extensive knowledge of industrial gas turbines is REQUIRED.
Experience with Integrated Product Development process. Demonstrated ability to manage analytical components of the design process. Demonstrated ability to manage modeling and drafting components of the design process. Demonstrated ability to ensure manufactured parts meet design intent. Demonstrated ability to conduct successful design reviews with customers. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office work environment. Experience with PRO/E and/or Unigraphics is highly required.

Qualifications: BSME or BSAE degree. Demonstrated success in gas turbine design projects. Must have excellent analytical skills. Extensive cooled airfoil design and modeling experience is preferred.

IN-HOUSE INTERNATIONAL SALESResponsibilities:
Reports to Vice President of Sales.
Sales of heavy industrial gas turbine parts.
Consult prospective international clients about their requirements and coordinate multiple projects.
Direct sales interface.
After-sale customer care.
Proposals preparation and delivery.
Quotations generation and negotiations.
Interface with Products Engineering and Accounting.
Primary account responsibility. Responsible for territory revenue and profit goals.
Worldwide international trade show support.
Generation of new sales customers worldwide.
Occasional international travel for direct sales.
Occasional international travel for local sales agent interfaces.

Requirements: Must have excellent communication skills, and satisfy the highly technical needs of international clients. Develop and strengthen relationships with customers to understand and exceed their expectations. Technical proficiency in gas turbine REQUIRED. Gas Turbine experience REQUIRED. Experience with Siemens, Alstrom, GE, ABB, Westinghouse a plus. Previous sales experience preferred, sales exposure required. Familiarity of non-OEM supply of spares to power plants. PROJECT ENGINEERResponsibilities:
Manage sub-contractors for all aspects of the manufacture of gas turbine parts. Work with other departments to provide the highest level of project success. Build strong relationships with sub-contractors to meet project objectives of cost, quality and schedule. Assist the quality department in drafting quality specifications, material and process specifications, procedures, and manufacturing inspection methods. Develop and maintain project plans, including manufacturing schedules and projected spending. Facilitate and actively work to insure all quality documentation is accurate, complete, and timely with hardware and recorded in ETS database. Work within the Integrated Product Team environment to identify/develop new materials and manufacturing processes to improve hardware Life Cycle Cost. Work as hardware owner for specific product in development to establish development schedules, inspection documentation and oversee the process development. Work both internally and externally to keep management, customer, and IPT members informed of activity. Communicate with management to resolve significant issues or barriers that may prevent the successful completion of the task.

Requirements: 4-6 years experience in mechanical engineering, manufacturing technologies and materials related to manufacturing of IGT hardware. Familiarity with gas turbines is REQUIRED. Familiarity with gas turbines OEM is REQUIRED. Experience with manufacturing and repair processes such as machining, casting, coating, forging, welding, hole drilling, stem drill, heat treatment, thermal spraying, etc. Working knowledge of Quality Inspection system. Successful Product and Logistic experience. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office work environment. US and International travel required

SALES ASSISTANTResponsibilities: Report to Vice President of Sales. Provide administrative support to the sales team. Coordinate and process all travel and hotel arrangements for the sales team. Set up meeting arrangements and appointments. Be responsible for tracking new leads and updating status of quotes through the sales process. Process incoming customer sales orders for approval in accordance with ETS procedures and guidelines.
Candidate will be responsible for preparing all order approval documentation and ensuring that all internal approvals have been received. Create/review quotes, agreements or reports for customers. Perform data entry and prepare PowerPoint presentations.

Assist in trade show coordination and preparation. Candidate will be responsible for registration of attendees and preparation of material shipping. Logistics planning for tradeshow and conference events would be beneficial.
Event coordination and scheduling with a high attention to detail.

Requirements:
• Sales order or purchasing contract interpretation and processing experience
• Purchase order/contract interpretation and processing with regard to internal quotation vs. customer order variances, commercial terms and production scope

PROGRAM GROUP ANALYSTResponsibilities: You will be accountable for creating, capturing and executing program information and be a key leader within Project/Program group. Strategic efforts to develop customer interface and business relationships will be incorporated within the job.

You will be required to lead the synergy of information and project requirements across ETS as well as follow the business programs and objectives of ETS.

Requirements:
• Knowledge of both technical and business requirements, cost and schedule tracking, particularly experience with earned value management systems is additionally preferred.
• Sound reasoning and decision-making ability, strong analytical skills and experience with business level operations.
• Experience with issue resolution, strong business development process and proposal experience.
• Ability to develop vision to inspire a team to action and experience in the IGT industry is preferred.
• Experience with program execution, reporting, good communication skills (including verbal and written).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software products and Primavera is required.
