SALES ENGINEERSales of heavy industrial gas turbine parts. Consult prospective international clients about their requirements and coordinate multiple projects. Plan & modify product configurations to meet customer needs. Design components for gas and steam turbines using CAD. Prepare, review and approve manufacturing drawings to conform with designs and specifications. Coordinate with other inter and intra departments like engineering, sales, procurement, piping, electrical, instrumentation, IT and fire protection. Develop and maintain project plans, manufacturing schedules and budgets. Select and manage suppliers for manufacture of gas and steam turbine parts. Develop effective relationships with suppliers to ensure project objectives of cost, quality and schedule. Research and analyze customer design proposal, specifications, manuals and other customer data to determine feasibility of design. Coordinate operation, maintenance and repair activities to obtain optimum utilization of parts. Plan and direct engineering personnel in fabrication of test control apparatus, tooling and equipment and development of methods and procedures for testing products or systems applying knowledge of engineering principles. Evaluate filed installations and recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or systems malfunction. Develop and update technical documentation, specifications and manuals. Use computer assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks. Conduct research, develop case studies and collect data. Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products and services to customer to aid sales and in business development. Extensive Travel required (US, Asia and Middle East). 2 positions available.

PROJECT ENGINEERGreat opportunity for a PROJECT ENGINEER with gas turbine experience for a position with a leading gas turbine parts manufacturer in Florida!!!

Responsibilities include: Manage sub-contractors for all aspects of the manufacture of gas turbine parts. Work with other departments to provide the highest level of project success. Strengthen relationship with sub-contractors, to meet project objectives of cost, quality and schedule. Develop and maintain project plans, including manufacturing schedules and projected spending. Customer relationship interaction.

Qualifications: BSME degree or equivalent experience. 5-10 years of related gas turbine design experience. Demonstrated technical and business skills. Demonstrated success in managing manufacturing subcontractors. Demonstrated success in completing engineering projects.

Desired: Gas turbine parts design/manufacturing. Gas turbine OEM experience. Successful P&L experience.

Develop and maintain design substantiation reports.

Qualifications: BSME degree or equivalent experience. 5-10 years of related gas turbine design experience. Demonstrated success in gas turbine design projects. Demonstrated ability to conduct successful design reviews with customers.

GAS TURBINE ENGINEERSWe are looking for an experienced Design Project Engineer.

Responsibilities include: Perform design analysis of complex engineering product definition tasks. Provide technical leadership to drafter’s research and provide documentation for release or revision of complex tasks.

Communicate to affect the exchange of ideas and information to improve product quality. Generate product definition for the design and redesign of extremely complex parts or assemblies in close support of the IPT (Design Assist). OEM gas turbine experience is a plus.

Ideal candidate will have demonstrated abilities in turbine design, repair development, project management, hardware procurement. BS in Engineering preferred. Excellent communication skills, a team player, detail oriented, and possess strong organizational skills is required.
